Role Overview:
Drive sales of lithium batteries to EPC companies, inverter distributors, telecom integrators, and large solar dealers.
Identify new regional sales opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
Develop and implement a strategic dealer/distribution network plan for long-term scalability.
Conduct product demos, site visits, and technical briefings for potential clients.
Establish a comprehensive national dealer and distributor network for lithium batteries.
Implement channel incentive programs.
Monitor competitor pricing, models, and regional performance.
Provide actionable feedback on market trends, demand cycles, and government policies (AEDB, NEPRA, etc.).
Work closely with the factory team to ensure supply alignment and timely dispatches.
Maintain CRM entries, lead pipelines, and monthly performance reports.
Requirement:
Education:
Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics / Energy Engineering or MBA (Marketing / Sales).
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the lithium battery or solar energy segment (mandatory).
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of lithium battery chemistry (LiFePO₄), BMS systems, inverter compatibility, and cycle life parameters.
Sales Skills:
Proven record of achieving sales targets, managing dealers, and expanding regional networks.
Network Knowledge:
Strong existing contacts with EPCs, inverter dealers, and battery retailers across assigned region.
Soft Skills:
Negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
