Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, and sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for higher engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal and client review.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deliver consistent results.
