Telesales B2C

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers in the USA market.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Convert inbound leads into successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and pricing structures.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Update CRM systems accurately with call details, customer feedback, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through quality interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with potential customers when required to close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience in inbound B2C USA campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards set targets.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (as per USA time zones).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
