Role Overview

As a Product Manager / Product Owner, you will drive the product vision and roadmap for our automation SaaS platform, with a particular focus on AI/ML capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven automation features and capabilities.


• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.


• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ship impactful, high-quality AI features.


• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.


• Identify and prioritize user needs through research, data analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.


• Evaluate and integrate new AI models and technologies that enhance automation capabilities.


• Track performance metrics and iterate on features to improve adoption and user satisfaction.


• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, automation, SaaS, and adjacent technologies.


• Serve as a thought leader and evangelist for AI use within the product organization.

Qualifications


• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles in SaaS companies.


• 2+ years working with AI/ML-driven products or teams.


• Strong understanding of automation platforms, APIs, and cloud-based architecture.


• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled features/products from ideation to launch.


• Technical proficiency and ability to engage with engineering and data science teams.


• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical Master's degree is a plus.

• Familiarity with technologies like GPT, LLMs, NLP, RPA, or AI agents.


• Experience with SaaS metrics, product-led growth, and user onboarding automation.


• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, etc.)
