Position Title: Senior Python (AI/ML) Developer

Location: On-site – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Reporting To: Technical Lead / Project Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years

This document outlines your responsibilities and expectations to help you get started and align with the team's goals and technical roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and execute Python-based AI/ML projects, often handling multiple initiatives in parallel.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.

Architect and deploy AI/ML-enabled applications on AWS and GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Integrate AI/ML APIs and services, including LLMs, generative models, and automation tools, into production workflows.

Own the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models using platforms such as SageMaker, GKE, and Cloud Run.

Apply and promote MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, versioning, retraining pipelines, and infrastructure optimization.

Contribute to full-stack application development, collaborating on frontend components using and TypeScript where required.

Guide and mentor Business Development Officers (BDOs) by providing technical insights to help generate high-quality technical leads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver AI-driven features aligned with business needs.

Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes across projects.

Ensure high code quality by writing clean, scalable, reusable Python code, supported by documentation and best practices.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

Skills and Expertise You Bring

Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Python development with hands-on AI/ML integration.

Proficiency with Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, and Django.

Practical experience in deploying applications and models on AWS and GCP.

Strong understanding of machine learning principles and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, API security best practices, and tools like Swagger/OpenAPI for documentation.

Frontend development experience with , TypeScript, or similar technologies.

Solid grasp of Git workflows, testing practices, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Proven debugging skills and an eye for performance optimization.
