Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agriculturist located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Agriculturist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing agricultural practices for sourcing ingredients, maintaining crop health, and implementing sustainable farming techniques. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring soil and plant conditions, managing pest control, conducting research on best practices, and collaborating with the baking team to ensure the highest quality of ingredients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in crop management and sustainable farming practices
• Skills in soil health assessment and plant condition monitoring
• Experience in pest control and agricultural research
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
