Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video, has a keen eye for design, and enjoys bringing healthcare and corporate branding to life in a fresh and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit promotional, testimonial, training, and social media videos for XenMD and client projects.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, reels, thumbnails, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and execute visual content.
  • Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Animate graphics and incorporate motion design where required.
  • Manage and organize multimedia files, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
  • Understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and color grading in video.
  • Ability to adapt designs for digital platforms including web, social media, and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field (preferred).
