Looking for a Creative Graphic Designer (Night Shift | On-Site Only)


Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Note: This is a night shift and on-site position only.

About the job

· Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging)

· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity

· Create compelling visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms

· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design work

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects

· Prepare design files for production and manage file organization and version control

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX design tools (Figma is a plus)

· Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding

· Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines

· Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print work

· Experience in UI/UX design

· Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics

· Familiarity with video editing tools

· Understanding of social media content formats and trends

· Photography and photo editing skills
