Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Agent
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling, cold prospecting, and selling subscription-based services over the phone. Experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a clear accent (non-Indian/Pakistani), and proven success in telesales or outbound calling campaigns. This is a
night shift role with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Saturday (PKT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our subscription services and closing sales over the phone.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and align solutions to maximize value.
- Follow up with warm leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into paying clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in real estate, to position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of proven telesales or outbound calling experience (subscription sales experience preferred).
- Strong background in cold calling with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Prior exposure to the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral, and confident accent (non-Indian/Pakistani).
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Shift Timing:
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
