We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software. To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software development, proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet organizational needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and team members to develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Write, test, and debug code using the latest programming technologies and best practices.
  • Implement program modifications based on recommendations and design flowcharts.
  • Track, manage, and resolve project issues efficiently to ensure smooth development progress.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in development to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to various phases of the development lifecycle and support team growth.
  • Participate in the design and development of applications using .NET technologies, focusing on performance and maintainability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO and CMMI process guidelines.

What you'll bring along:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Role seniority will be defined according to the candidate's relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the .NET Framework, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, to develop robust applications.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one JavaScript framework (Angular, React, or ) for building modern, responsive web applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and basic knowledge of Oracle databases, essential for database-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with software architecture principles, enabling effective design and development of scalable solutions.
  • Awareness of modern web technologies and best practices, ensuring applications are built with efficiency and performance in mind.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud services is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), contributing to efficient collaboration in software development teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration, supporting seamless backend communication.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps), enhancing development workflow.
