BIM/Revit Modeler

Takmeel Square is seeking a talented and detail-oriented
BIM/Revit Modeler
to join our design and development team in Bahawalpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D models for our iconic real estate projects. This role is crucial for our integrated project delivery, helping to optimize design, prevent conflicts, and ensure the successful execution of our vision from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the construction team to ensure model coordination and resolve design challenges.

Ability to produce detailed 2D drawings within Revit.

Strong experience in 3D modelling in Revit.

Ability to create renders using Enscape.

Ensure all models and documentation adhere to project standards and company protocols.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Modeler, specifically within the building construction or real estate sector.
• A strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Revit modeling.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in
  Autodesk Revit
  is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD
  .

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
