Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist in day-to-day office coordination, including correspondence, record-keeping, and handling documentation.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for internal and external discussions.
- Accompany the Director for visits, meetings, and events as required, ensuring proper coordination and follow-through of tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of directives.
- Monitor ground-level progress on assigned projects and report back with clear updates.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for official engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as PA, Office Coordinator, or similar support role.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) and Urdu.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle both office-based and field/operational tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Must be proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage tasks independently.
