Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in day-to-day office coordination, including correspondence, record-keeping, and handling documentation.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for internal and external discussions.
  • Accompany the Director for visits, meetings, and events as required, ensuring proper coordination and follow-through of tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of directives.
  • Monitor ground-level progress on assigned projects and report back with clear updates.
  • Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for official engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as PA, Office Coordinator, or similar support role.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) and Urdu.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle both office-based and field/operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • Must be proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage tasks independently.
