IT Trainer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Cisco, Google IT Support) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT training or related fields.

Technical Skills (Depending on the Training Area):

• Software: MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), or software development tools.
• Hardware/Networking: Basic networking concepts, hardware maintenance, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
