About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Fashion Designer to conceptualize and design collections that

reflect Mashra Clothing's brand DNA. You'll combine creative vision with technical expertise to

produce unique, trend-forward pieces that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal collections aligned with Mashra's aesthetic and market demand.

  • Conduct trend research, mood boarding, and sketch new concepts.

  • Select fabrics, trims, and collaborate with suppliers.

  • Oversee sample development and ensure timely execution.

  • Work closely with production to maintain quality standards.

  • Provide input for fashion campaigns, product shoots, and styling directions.

  • Keep Mashra competitive by staying ahead of fashion and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional fashion design experience with established brands.

  • Strong portfolio in women's apparel design.

  • Deep knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.

  • Creativity with a commercial mindset.

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
