Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst working with healthcare/EHR data.
  • Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling.
  • Proven ability to produce fast, actionable insights from EHR/healthcare datasets.
  • Comfortable working with warehouse/lakehouse structures and querying large datasets.
  • Ability to define meaningful metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Data Engineer on the normalized data model to ensure analytical readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to align outputs with workflows and key business questions.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present data findings to drive informed decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.
