Amazon Consultant (FBA/FBM Expert) – On-Site
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Amazon FBA/FBM experience
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Consultant to join our team on-site and take full ownership of our Amazon FBA/FBM operations. This is not a remote position you will be working from our office alongside our marketing, logistics, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM workflows, and Amazon advertising (PPC / DSP). You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our Amazon business from product research and listings to advertising, compliance, and profitability analysis.
Note: Candidates must bring their own laptop for daily work.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Account Management
- Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central operations
- Conduct detailed product research and competitor analysis (Helium10, JungleScout, etc.)
- Create and optimize SEO-rich listings (titles, bullets, A+ content)
- Handle inventory forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance metrics (BSR, IPI, Buy Box)
Advertising & Growth Strategies (PPC / DSP)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns
- Track and improve ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS for consistent growth
- Execute keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structure improvements
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's Terms of Service
- Handle ASIN suppressions, listing violations, and account reinstatement appeals
- Manage intellectual property or policy-related issues promptly and effectively
Profitability & Analytics
- Analyze cost structures (FBA/FBM fees, referral fees, logistics, and ad spend)
- Use tools like SellerBoard, Helium10, or Excel to track profits and performance
- Provide actionable insights for cost reduction and margin improvement
Brand Building & A+ Optimization
- Manage brand registry, storefront design, and enhanced brand content
- Improve review management, Q&A, and customer interaction strategies
- Develop brand trust and conversion-focused enhancements
Cross-Functional & International Operations
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and warehousing teams for efficient inventory flow
- Manage multiple international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA)
- Support integration with 3PL or multi-channel fulfillment systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon FBA/FBM experience
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Campaign Manager (PPC), and Inventory/Deals dashboards
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, advertising, and analytics
- Skilled in tools like Helium10, JungleScout, SellerBoard, or Data Dive
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Must bring own laptop
- Must be available to work on-site full-time
