solutions, simplifying international trade for IT and telecom businesses. We are expanding our

sales team and looking for a sales associate to help drive our brand's international client growth

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform vouching and posting of accounting entries
  • Record and maintain General Ledger (GL) entries accurately
  • Reconcile Statements of Account (SOAs)
  • Prepare and perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare invoices and post debit notes
  • Maintain correspondence with clients and partners regarding financial matters

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in record maintenance, reconciliations, and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Vigilant, confident, and professional in conduct
  • Well-groomed, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with precision and efficiency

Shift time:
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
