The Role

We're seeking a versatile digital marketer who can drive both organic and paid growth for our platform. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing advertising campaigns, and developing marketing strategies that convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Manage advertising budgets and achieve target ROAS/CPA goals
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Content Marketing:

  • Write high-quality blog posts, web copy, and marketing materials
  • Develop content strategies that align with our sales funnel
  • Create SEO-optimized content to improve organic search rankings
  • Produce compelling ad copy and social media content

Growth Strategy:

  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns combining paid and organic channels
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and sequences

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong content writing skills with SEO knowledge
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work with marketing budgets and ROI targets
  • Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing SaaS products or B2B software platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization and landing page best practices
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing

The job is remote, but the preferred location is Lahore.
