We are building a next-generation SaaS platform that powers both client-facing applications and internal admin dashboards/CRMs for virtual office services, including business mail management, live answering, and client support tools. Our mission is to create scalable, intuitive technology that helps small businesses operate more efficiently and professionally.

We're looking for a Front-End Developer ) to join our growing development team and play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our platform.

Role Overview

As a Front-End Developer, you will focus on delivering a seamless user experience across our client web application and our admin CRM/dashboard. You'll be responsible for fixing bugs, implementing enhancements, and developing new features that improve both client and operator workflows.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers (Python) to ensure smooth integration, strong performance, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end features for both client-facing apps and admin dashboards.
  • Work on bug fixes, performance improvements, and UI/UX enhancements.
  • Implement new functionalities as defined in product roadmaps and design specs.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers (Python) to integrate APIs and data models.
  • Ensure the application is responsive and mobile-friendly.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of front-end architecture.
  • Translate Figma designs and wireframes into clean, reusable React components.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Strong attention to detail in UI/UX implementation.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Python back-end frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Previous work on admin dashboards, CRMs, or client portals.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub).
