Framing Ideas LLC is a branding, web design/development, and creative services studio serving US/EU clients. We're hiring a
Sales Specialist
who lives and breathes freelance marketplaces and can consistently source, pitch, and close projects on
Upwork, Freelancer

What You'll Do


• Pipeline & Prospecting

o Hunt high-fit jobs daily across target platforms; shortlist opportunities using clear fit criteria (budget, scope, industry, timeline).

o Build saved searches, alerts, and keyword systems for continuous lead flow.


• Bidding & Proposals

o Craft tailored proposals with case-specific angles, budgets, and timelines; maintain a library of modular proposal components.

o Rapid response within 15–30 minutes to high-priority postings during core hours.


• Client Conversion

o Run discovery calls (Zoom/Google Meet), handle objections, and negotiate scope/pricing to profit targets.

o Move won deals into delivery with complete briefs and signed SOWs.


• Account & Reputation Management

o Maintain top-rated profiles (JSS/ratings), gather reviews, and convert short jobs into long-term accounts.

o Ensure strict compliance with each platform's T&Cs (no spam, no misrepresentation, no off-platform violations).


• Forecasting & Reporting

o Own weekly dashboards: leads → proposals → calls → wins → revenue; recommend experiments (offer, pricing, positioning).

What You'll Bring


• 1-3 years selling agency or software/creative services via freelance marketplaces.


• Demonstrated wins on Upwork (Top Rated/Plus or strong JSS) and Freelancer.


• Excellent written English (proposal writing, client messaging) and confident spoken English for calls.


• Strong discovery, solution scoping, and value-based pricing skills.


• Comfortable with CRM hygiene and structured follow-ups.

Nice to Have


• Experience selling branding, web (WordPress/Shopify), UI/UX design.

Tools & Stack

Upwork/Freelancer, Google Workspace, HubSpot/Trello/ClickUp (or similar), Calendly, Slack, Loom, Figma/Adobe (for showing work).

KPI Targets (Customize after hire)


• Daily: 12–18 qualified opportunities screened; 6–8 tailored proposals sent.


• Weekly: 6–10 discovery calls booked; 2–4 deals closed.


• Account health: Maintain/achieve Top Rated (or equivalent) within 60–90 days.

Compensation


• Base salary: PKR. 35,000-PKR. 50,000 + commission on closed revenue (accelerators for hitting stretch targets).


• Performance bonuses.

  1. Share links to your Upwork/Freelancer profiles and three won projects (with budgets).

  2. Write a 150-word proposal for a hypothetical job: "Logo + 5-page WordPress site for a Chicago dental clinic; budget $2,500; 3-week timeline."

  3. Your monthly revenue best from marketplaces in the past year and typical win rate.
