PakWheels is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our content team on a contract basis. This individual will play a key role in editing both long-form and short-form content for our various platforms, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, engaging videos that reflect the PakWheels brand.

We are looking for someone who brings fresh editing ideas to the table, adapts quickly to new styles and trends, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, producers, and creative leads to bring stories to life.
  • Implement new editing techniques, styles, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in visual tone, pacing, and storytelling across different formats.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of edited content.
    Be open to feedback and continuously improve output based on team and audience responses.

Qualification:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form (reels, shorts) and long-form (YouTube episodes, reviews) editing.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Adaptability to new editing styles, formats, and content strategies.
  • A strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience is preferred, but fresh talent with strong skills and ideas is also encouraged to apply.
