Job Description:
Limelite Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and good prior experience in HR. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various HR tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee records.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
Conduct performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain office decorum and ensure a professional work environment.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 year of experience in an HR role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and other HR softwares is a plus.
