Job Description:We are seeking a talented and confident female Arabic-speaking Appointment Setter to join our team. Our primary focus is on working with Saudi-based clients, so fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the local culture are essential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, building rapport, and successfully scheduling meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective Saudi clients.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic to build trust and engagement.
  • Set appointments for our sales/business team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM.
  • Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (preferred).
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.Ability to understand Saudi business etiquette and client culture.
  • Previous working experience with Saudi clients is a must.
