Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Chemistry Teacher to join our dynamic online tutoring team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching O Level, A Level, and higher-level Chemistry to an international student base. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to simplify complex concepts are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive Chemistry lessons to O/A Level and higher-level students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to student needs.
  • Effectively use online platforms and digital tools to deliver lessons.
  • Explain complex chemistry concepts clearly for overseas learners.
  • Maintain punctuality, reliability, and responsiveness to student needs.
  • Encourage innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry (preferred).
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience with O/A Levels and international students is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command of Chemistry fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication and teaching skills.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
  • Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success.
  • Ability to work night shifts (with transport provided).
