We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven
SEO Analyst
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing website optimizations to increase organic search visibility, improve keyword rankings, and drive targeted traffic to our digital assets. You will collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute effective SEO strategies that align with our overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    keyword research
    to identify growth opportunities and optimize website content.
  • Perform
    on-page and off-page SEO analysis
    , including meta tags, internal linking, backlinks, and content optimization.
  • Audit websites for
    technical SEO issues
    (crawl errors, site speed, indexation, schema, etc.) and coordinate with developers for fixes.
  • Monitor and report on
    SEO performance metrics
    such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct
    competitor analysis
    to identify trends, link-building opportunities, and content gaps.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across new and existing content.
  • Stay updated with the
    latest SEO trends
    , algorithm changes, and industry tools.
  • Prepare
    monthly performance reports
    and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as
    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
    , etc.
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    .
  • Experience with
    WordPress or other CMS platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Google Ads and PPC
    is a plus.
