Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a senior student counselor located in Karāchi. The Senior Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on education and career options, assisting with application processes, and offering support throughout their academic journey. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting the deadlines and assigned targets, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the education sector and relevant processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • 1-2 years Experience in a similar role
