Role Summary

As a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that power our core products and services. You will work across the entire stack—from backend APIs to frontend interfaces—leveraging technologies like , Express, Laravel, , Vite, and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).

Success in this position means delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure applications while mentoring junior developers, improving code quality, and driving architectural decisions. This role is central to our product development process, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that directly impact business goals and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop
    full stack applications using , Express, Laravel, , and Vite.
  • Lead backend API development
    with RESTful and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
  • Integrate and manage databases
    (SQL and NoSQL), optimize queries, and ensure high data integrity.
  • Implement state management solutions
    such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil for complex frontend applications.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant UIs
    using best practices in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React component design.
  • Maintain code quality
    through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean code principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize
    both frontend and backend systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers
    , fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies
    and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance development processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience (at least 3+ years) as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in

  • Solid experience with

    and modern frontend tooling (
    Vite
    , Webpack, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    state management libraries
    (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX).
  • Experience designing and consuming

    APIs.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and
    NoSQL
    (MongoDB) databases.
  • Solid knowledge of
    authentication, authorization, and security best practices

  • Familiarity with
    testing frameworks
    (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
