Grand Royal Banquet Hall is looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Hall Manager – Responsible for managing banquet operations, coordinating events, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Banquet Staff (Waiters, Decor Helpers, Cleaning & Support Staff) – Assist in smooth event operations, guest service, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities (Hall Manager):

  • Oversee daily hall operations and event setups.
  • Manage staff schedules, duties, and performance.
  • Coordinate with clients for smooth event execution.
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements (Hall Manager):

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in banquet hall, hotel, or event management preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage large-scale events.

Requirements (Banquet Staff):

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in hospitality/event support is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).
