Grand Royal Banquet Hall is looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Hall Manager – Responsible for managing banquet operations, coordinating events, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Banquet Staff (Waiters, Decor Helpers, Cleaning & Support Staff) – Assist in smooth event operations, guest service, and maintaining cleanliness and order.
Key Responsibilities (Hall Manager):
- Oversee daily hall operations and event setups.
- Manage staff schedules, duties, and performance.
- Coordinate with clients for smooth event execution.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements (Hall Manager):
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in banquet hall, hotel, or event management preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage large-scale events.
Requirements (Banquet Staff):
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in hospitality/event support is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).
