Business Development Lead

Schedule: 6 PM to 3 AM (US shift)

Salary: 80k–100k base, plus commissions

Role Overview
You will lead and manage a team of three outbound sales agents. Your job is to push performance, improve scripts, track KPIs and drive meeting bookings. You will act as the link between management and the sales agents, ensuring daily progress and maintaining high energy on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3 outbound SDRs
- Set and manage KPIs for call volume, conversions and booked meetings
- Review calls, coach agents, fix weaknesses and drive improvement
- Keep the team engaged through daily huddles and performance monitoring
- Support ongoing outreach through email and LinkedIn
- Help build and refine scripts, objection handling and call structure
- Ensure the team consistently meets weekly and monthly goals
- Report numbers, performance trends and pipeline status to management
- Maintain a strong culture of accountability and ownership
Requirements
- Strong background in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO sector
- Experience working with US or Canadian campaigns
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive KPIs
• Skilled communicator, confident motivator and hands-on problem solver - Proficient with CRMs, dialers and outreach tools
- Comfortable working in a results-focused, high-activity environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
