Responsibilities and Impact:

• Solicit and gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs and minimum viable deliverables
• Document and assist in analysing business processes and identify areas for improvement, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to support project objectives.
• Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with technology and automation tools.
• Familiarity with sales processes and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of customer experience strategies and practices.
• Knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
