Digital Transformation Analysts
— to connect our clients' business needs with our technical delivery teams. You'll be the voice of the customer inside Prismware and the translator of technology back to the business.

The Mission

Your job is to
bridge the gap between clients and developers
. You'll gather requirements from clients, understand their business goals, and translate those needs into structured tasks, user stories, and features that our developers can build. You don't need to code — but you must
think in systems
and communicate with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients
    to understand business problems, workflows, and pain points.
  • Document requirements
    in simple, structured language using tools like Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project Operations.
  • Translate client needs into clear work items
    (features, user stories, and acceptance criteria) for our development team.
  • Collaborate with developers
    to ensure the delivered solutions match the intended outcomes.
  • Use Microsoft tools
    such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams to capture and track project progress.
  • Participate in demos and client reviews,
    capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain alignment
    between sales, operations, and development — ensuring every deliverable adds measurable business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any field with analytical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Basic exposure to process documentation, flowcharting, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Interest in digital transformation, CRM, ERP, or automation tools is highly valued.
