About the role:

MAR Group of Companies is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor + Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise and creative storytelling to produce high-quality video and graphic content for our brands and business units. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished videos, designing visual assets, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you'll deliver engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos with strong pacing, emotional resonance, and brand alignment
  • Apply transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading to enhance storytelling
  • Collaborate with creative teams to interpret briefs, contribute to storyboards, and shape engaging narratives
  • Maintain organized project files, media libraries, and version control across multiple platforms
  • Operate professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
  • Ensure consistency across typography, tone, and visual identity in all outputs
  • Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, mobile)
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, retention, ROAS) to improve edits
  • Manage multiple projects under tight timelines with clear communication
  • Stay updated on video trends, platform specifications, and creative best practices

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Final Cut & DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
