Job Title: Assistant Instructor – Customer Service

Organization: The Hunar Foundation – CVI

Location: Saddar, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM | 6-Month Contract

Job Summary:

The Hunar Foundation is seeking a motivated Assistant Instructor for the Customer Service course at CVI. The ideal candidate will support the lead instructor in delivering lessons, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring smooth class operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead instructor during class sessions.
  • Manage lesson plans and maintain discipline in the classroom.
  • Deliver selected theory and practical sessions.
  • Support student placement and admissions activities.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Institute Manager.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate or higher.
  • Experience: 1 Year+ Teaching or industry experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Good communication, discipline management, and teamwork skills.
  • Availability: Able to join immediately.
  • Preference: Male candidates preferred.

Contract Duration: 6 months (Full-time)
