The
Technical Purchaser – MRO
will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to
Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO)
supplies, spare parts, machinery components, and technical materials. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and technical know-how to ensure timely availability of essential resources while optimizing cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for MRO items (spare parts, equipment, consumables).
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
• Coordinate with production & maintenance teams on technical requirements.
• Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery, and inventory availability.
• Maintain supplier database, contracts, and compliance records.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in
  Engineering / Supply Chain / Business
  (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 2–4 years' proven experience in
  technical purchasing / MRO procurement
  (FMCG/manufacturing).
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery & spare parts.
• ERP proficiency.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a
  factory-based environment
  .
