Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors for Electrical, specifically LV switchgear products, lighting, capacitors etc.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular client engagement and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
  • Coordinate with principle to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • Experience: 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in electrical products, with a focus on low-voltage switchgear.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LV switchgear, MCCs, control panels, and related systems.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical details effectively.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and ERP systems.

  • Strong network within customer-base, such as manufacturing industries, infrastructure, consultants, contractors, panel builders.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
