  • Tender Identification & Analysis:
  • Proactively monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities from various public and private procurement portals, newspapers, and other sources (e.g., PPRA, provincial health departments, private hospital groups).
  • Rigorously analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and Expression of Interests (EOIs) to understand all specifications, terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis for each potential tender.
  • Bid Preparation & Submission:
  • Lead the comprehensive preparation of all tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance matrices, and administrative paperwork.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Logistics) to gather necessary product information, certifications, pricing, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all bids are meticulously prepared, accurate, complete, and submitted within the stipulated deadlines and in the required format.
  • Develop compelling and persuasive content for proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our medical devices.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Pakistani procurement laws and regulations, including but not limited to PPRA rules (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority).
  • Verify compliance with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) regulations for medical device registration, import, and sale.
  • Maintain an updated repository of company registrations, product certifications, and other statutory documents required for tenders.
  • Coordination & Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tender-related communications, inquiries, and clarifications with procurement entities.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and strategy formulation for each tender.
  • Provide expert guidance to sales teams on tender requirements and support during contract negotiations.
  • Post-Submission Management:
  • Track the status of submitted bids and follow up with procurement authorities as needed.
  • Prepare and submit clarifications, amendments, or additional information requested by the tender committees.
  • Analyze bid outcomes (win/loss), gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future tenders.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, new procurement policies, and changes in the medical device regulatory landscape in Pakistan.
  • Contribute to the development of tender strategies, pricing strategies, and product positioning based on market insights.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender activities, including submitted bids, outcomes, and relevant correspondence.
  • Prepare regular reports on tender pipeline, success rates, and market opportunities for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
