Job description:

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of

DevOps and cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic

understanding of Linux systems and is passionate about documenting technical processes

clearly and effectively. As an intern, you will assist the DevOps team in day-to-day

operations, automation tasks, and writing detailed technical documentation to support

ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in managing and monitoring Linux-based systems.

● Support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.

● Learn and apply DevOps practices under the guidance of senior engineers.

● Write clear and structured technical documentation for systems, processes, and

troubleshooting steps.

● Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, runbooks, and SOPs.

● Research and draft technical guides, FAQs, and process improvements.

● Collaborate with engineers to understand complex technical topics and simplify them

for documentation.

Requirements:

● Basic knowledge of Linux concepts (file system, permissions, processes,

networking basics, command-line tools).

● Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).

● Strong skills in technical writing and documentation (must be able to explain

technical concepts in a simple, structured way).

● Good understanding of software development lifecycle and enthusiasm to learn

DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, monitoring).

● Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Not Required, but a Plus)

● Experience with shell scripting or Python.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Grafana.
