On behalf of a client, we're seeking a highly creative and self-driven Video Editor with strong storytelling skills and mastery in motion graphics. The ideal candidate can transform raw footage into compelling stories, editing with purpose, pacing, and emotion to captivate audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit B-roll footage, highlight videos, and full-length content for social media, campaigns, and YouTube.
  • Use custom-designed motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
  • Develop storyboards and visual sequences that convey emotion and brand tone.
  • Create proper pacing, flow, and emotional rhythm through cuts, transitions, and sound design.
  • Add engaging hooks, captions, effects, and transitions to maximize viewer retention.
  • Sync visuals seamlessly with music, voiceovers, and ambient sounds.
  • Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-impact content.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of English for accurate captioning and context.
  • Skilled at crafting pacing, timing, and emotion through edits.
  • Keen attention to detail for smooth cuts, transitions, and sound sync.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Experience in color grading and audio design.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools and plugins.
