Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the company's revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. Additionally, the role involves presenting solutions to educational institutions, monitoring sales metrics, and contributing to long-term business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing strategic business plans
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and an understanding of analytics
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or technology-driven solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
