Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer based in Lahore. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal advisory tasks, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance with corporate regulations, and provide legal strategies for business operations. Responsibilities include liaising with regulatory bodies, identifying and mitigating legal risks, assisting with intellectual property matters, and supporting corporate governance and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong skills in Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem Solving
• Experience in managing Intellectual Property Rights, Company Registration, and Licensing
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Licensed to practice law in Pakistan
• Proficiency in local laws and familiarity with international corporate legal practices
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; LLM is preferred
