Work Location: This is an on-site position based at Chak No. 250 GB, Tehsil Toba Tek Singh, Punjab.

  • Respond to patient's medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
  • Order lab tests and interpret the test results.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
  • Explain procedures or prescribed treatment
  • Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
  • Ensure follow-up and compliance of the patients
  • Conduct awareness sessions on disease prevention
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings to ensure monitoring and evaluation of the services.
  • Maintain data record in all associated forms, EMR and files.
  • Manage demand and supplies of the clinic.
  • Participate in Health department initiatives and outreach programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95, Rs150,000.00 per month
