Office Boy- District Okara

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of Sungi's Okara Office by maintaining cleanliness, managing office and kitchen supplies, and assisting with meeting arrangements. The position also involves serving refreshments, handling basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, and ensuring a well-organized and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
• Prepare the meeting hall for internal and external meetings, including arranging stationery, water, tea, etc.
• Maintain and issue office stationery to staff using the prescribed form.
• Handle photocopying and other basic clerical support tasks.
• Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and guests.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of kitchen and stationery items.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum Middle School certificate.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with an NGO/INGO.
• Basic organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
