Role Description

We are seeking a talented
Back-End Developer
with experience in AI agent development and workflow automation to work remotely. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI-driven back-end systems and automation technologies. Core responsibilities include :

  • Build
    AI agents
    that can handle multi-step tasks, memory, and API calls.
  • Automate
    end-to-end client onboarding
    : collect info, ask questions, set up workflows, store data, trigger tasks, send emails, and integrate tools.
  • Optimize
    token usage
    and make AI agents memory-efficient.
  • Build a system that is
    scalable and easy for the client team to maintain
    .

Commission-based
: Pay is tied to project success, completion milestones, or revenue generated from delivered AI automation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Strong experience in
    Python
    or

    back-end development
  • Knowledge of
    LLM agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex
    , or similar frameworks
  • API integrations, workflow automation, and tool orchestration
  • Understanding of
    token optimization, memory management, and prompt engineering
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, commission-based structure
  • Experience in enterprise-level
    automation projects
  • Familiarity with
    agentic AI workflows
  • Understanding of multi-agent architectures and retrieval systems
