About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about international sales, client outreach, and lead generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research potential clients in the US, UK, and Canada
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and create opportunities for the sales team
  • Set appointments and demos for senior sales/closers
  • Manage and update leads in the CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GHL)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and negotiations
  • Consistently achieve KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings scheduled (show up), and opportunities generated

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken) – US/UK accent a plus
  • Confidence in engaging with international clients (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Call Center Experience B2B/B2C
  • Prior experience in business development, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines preferred
  • Must be able to work on-site (Rawalpindi office), Monday to Friday

Required Skills
