ADO Logistics

• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations by ensuring timely vehicle availability, smooth shipment dispatch, and effective coordination with transport contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor order execution and shipment status, address customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution of transportation-related issues.
• Support HSE compliance by ensuring adherence to company safety standards, transportation policies, and safe loading practices.
• Coordinate transportation activities to avoid vessel shipment delays and ensure smooth port-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-dealer operations.
• Maintain effective relationships with transport contractors and regularly monitor their performance to ensure reliable and efficient logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly transportation performance reports, highlighting shipment progress, freight costs, and operational challenges.
• Ensure transportation is executed within approved freight rates while maintaining costs below prevailing open-market rates.
• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS trackers and shipment tracking systems to ensure shipment visibility and timely delivery.
• Verify freight rates, shipment quantities, and supporting documents to ensure accurate transportation billing.
• Identify opportunities for freight optimization, improved vehicle utilization, and reduction in transportation costs.
