🚀 WE'RE HIRING — Finance Manager (Budgets & Contracts) Clinosis LLC | On-site, Karachi (DHA Phase 6) | Full-time Clinosis is a US-facing Site Management Organization (SMO) supporting pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs across clinical research sites in the United States. We are expanding our Karachi finance function and are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our budgets and contracts vertical. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ROLE OVERVIEW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You will lead the commercial and financial side of our study portfolio — owning budget development and negotiation, reviewing contracts and agreements, and ensuring every study we take on is financially sound before it starts. You will work directly with senior leadership and manage the coordinator supporting this function. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, review, and negotiate study budgets with sponsors, CROs, and research sites
• Review contracts and agreements, coordinate redlines, and track execution through to signature
• Own payment terms, milestone triggers, invoicing schedules, and receivables follow-up on assigned studies
• Build and maintain budget templates, cost benchmarks, and internal negotiation guidelines
• Supervise and develop the Budget & Contracts Coordinator; set priorities and quality standards
• Partner with clinical operations on feasibility, per-patient costing, and pass-through/overhead assumptions
• Report to senior finance leadership on study-level margins, pipeline value, and outstanding payments ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a Life Sciences discipline
• 4+ years of professional experience in finance, contracts, commercial negotiation, or a closely related function
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity
• Exceptional written and spoken English — you will be corresponding directly with US sponsors and CROs
• Strong command of Excel and comfort building and defending numbers in a live negotiation
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and communicate with senior stakeholders Preferred (not required):
• ACCA / CA (finalist or qualified) / CFA / MBA in Finance
• Experience negotiating contracts or agreements, and budgets, with pharmaceutical companies and sites
• Prior exposure to clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated services environment
• Familiarity with CTMS, e-invoicing, or contract management tools Clinical trial finance is a learnable domain — if you are a strong negotiator with sound financial judgement and excellent English, we will train you on the clinical side. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ COMPENSATION & TIMINGS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Salary:
PKR 100,000 – 125,000 per month, based on experience

Working hours
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday — aligned with US business hours

Location:
On-site at our Karachi office, Z Signature Building, DHA Phase 6
• Weekends off | 6-month probation period
