Role Description The School Principal at Noon – Education for Everyone will provide overall academic, operational, and cultural leadership for a middle school campus in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for setting a clear vision for teaching and learning, overseeing curriculum implementation, and ensuring alignment with Noon’s hybrid learning model. The Principal will manage and support educators, guide professional development, and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring student progress, working in enrollment, overseeing school policies, collaborating closely with families and communities, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. The Principal will also work with Noon’s central teams to integrate digital tools, data, and best practices that enhance learner outcomes and school performance. Qualifications
• Strong educational leadership skills, including experience leading school teams and managing academic programs.
• Bachelors (4 Years) or Masters Qualified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, educators, and external partners.
• 3-5 Years experience relevant teaching and/or school administration experience, preferably in a hybrid or technology-enhanced learning environment.
• Salary 30-50k
