DHA Phase 2 Rawalpindi MGC Developments is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert prospects into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct sales calls, arrange client meetings, and deliver project presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
