Key Responsibilities
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, NPS, file services, and related infrastructure.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, and identity integrations.
• Manage backups and Storages for critical resources like NPS, DHCP, VMS, and databases.
• Administer the Azure DevOps Organization, including projects, users, permissions, repositories, pipelines, agents, and service connections.
• Support Hyper-V and /or VMware platforms, capacity planning, patching, monitoring, incident resolution, and disaster-recovery testing.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, backup records, change records, and audit evidence. Required Skills &
Experience:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in systems, data-center infrastructure, storage, backup/recovery, and cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, PowerShell, and virtualization.
• Practical experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Experience with enterprise storage, backup platforms, tape operations, restore testing, and recovery procedures.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps administration, access control, repositories, pipelines, agents, and service connections.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills. Preferred Platform Experience

• Azure DevOps Organization Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-800/AZ-801, AZ-400, Dell Technologies, VMware will be advantageous.
