Gulberg V, Lahore Timings: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Job Type
Full-time | On-site Hair Matters is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team for inbound and outbound online sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships, we would love to hear from you Requirements
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Confidence in handling customer inquiries and converting leads into sales.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work on-site during the specified timings. Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer inquiries.
• Promote Hair Matters hair care products and assist customers with product selection.
• Manage online sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers across relevant online sales channels.
